The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made at www.sottobraccio.com, has the right to terminate the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days for goods from day of their reception. Within the aforementioned term of 10 days the purchased goods must be returned to the sender in their original packaging and with a tamper-proof seal. The shipping costs for returning the goods will be charged to the customer.
