RIGHT OF RECEIPT

The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made at www.sottobraccio.com, has the right to terminate the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days for goods from day of their reception. The withdrawal must be notified by e-mail of return receipt through the RETURN FORM
Within the aforementioned term of 10 days the purchased goods must be returned to the sender in their original packaging and with a tamper-proof seal. The shipping costs for returning the goods will be charged to the customer. Upon receipt of the goods, upon their arrival in the warehouse, the goods will be examined and, in the presence of damage or tampering, the withdrawal can not be exercised. In case of acceptance of the return, SOTTOBRACCIO will forward the entire amount (deduction of shipping costs) paid by the consumer.
